What is the franchise process?

Fill out the franchise enquiry form on the website, or send us an email via headoffice@viplighting.com.au
- VIP Lighting Confirms Interest
A representative from our head office will email you with further information and request a time that is suitable for a phone call.
- Initial Phone Discussion
VIP Lighting’s Franchise Manager will contact you at the time you nominated to learn more about your interest in VIP Lighting and provide you with information on the company, our business model and answer any questions that you may have.
- Confidentiality Agreement
Following the initial phone discussion and if you have further interest in proceeding you will be sent a standard Confidentiality Agreement which you will need to sign and send back to us via fax, email or post. This is a legal agreement that ensures non-disclosure or sharing of any sensitive information, financial details relevant territory, etc. that is discussed during the process.
- Further Information & Secondary Phone Discussion
Once you have returned the signed Confidentiality Agreement and have received the further information on the specific VIP Lighting territory of interest we will have a follow up phone discussion. This conference call will include VIP Lighting’s Managing Director and Franchise Manager who will be able to answer any further questions in regards to the information that has been provided.
- Review & Follow Up
The last step in the preliminary process is a review of the opportunity that exists with VIP Lighting and your decision to end discussions or to proceed towards commencing your own VIP Lighting franchise.
- Application & Legal
From this point on you will be provided details relating to the more formal franchise process. This will include further documentation including official application, a Disclosure Document, Fee Schedule and Franchise Agreement. It is during this period you are advised to seek independent legal and financial advice.
- Training & Commencement
Following the completion of all fees and legal requirements the training period will begin. You will visit VIP Lighting’s head office and learn about our systems, daily processes and meet the team. Here you will also receive your VIP Lighting Franchise Manual. Next you will have an extensive training period in your franchise territory with plenty of practical advice to ensure you can maximise both current and potential client opportunity. Once all aspects of training are complete you can commence operating with your VIP Lighting franchise!
